From start to finish Manny and Nettie were fantastic to deal with! They arrived on time for my estimate and even put on blue booties to protect my floors when they came in. They explained the cleaning process in great detail and I felt that their estimate was very fair. They arrived the next week on time for their appointment and went to work. A couple of days after the rugs were cleaned, Nettie followed up with a phone call to see how satisfied I was with their work. One of my rugs was very difficult to clean and they came back to spot treat one area, not once but twice,  free of charge! What  a pleasure it is do do business with two professionals who are honest and truly care about customer service. I will highly recommend them to all of my friends!
